2019 Competition Guide Released

​Our 2019 Competition Guide has been updated!

We’ve also created a "What's New" document for a quick recap of what has changed.

Some highlights include a new application process for having your open tournament sanctioned by VNS, some roster movement and locking changes, and most importantly a new mandated Warm Up protocol for all teams, created by Volleyball Canada, to help reduce the incidence of concussions and injuries to athletes during their hitting warm up.
 
The 2019 Competition Guide serves as the guiding regulations to all VNS Competitions for the 2019 Club Season.
