Matches may start ahead of schedule provided Head Coaches, the match referee and Tournament Director all agree.

Awards: There are special custom Eastern Elite Championship medals for up to 15 players/coaches for the gold, silver and bronze medal teams in each championship. Similarly, individual awards will be presented in all age group competitions. There are identical awards for all categories. Head Coaches participating in the semifinals will be given an all-star ballot to complete. Please submit this ballet to the Control Centre prior to your last match!
Awards will be presented on court or in an alcove inside the Canada Games Centre. Teams winning gold, silver or bronze medals are asked to assemble for their presentation within 10 minutes of match completion.
Parking: The Canada Games Centre has a designated parking lot. Please do not park in the parking lot for the HRM Library directly across the street from the Canada Games Centre.
