Please provide at least 48 hours notice when booking in order to guarantee that staff will be available for your booking. We will do our best to accommodate bookings that are less than 24 hours in advance (and 48 hours on weekends).
When booking an event (tournament, fundraiser, ETC.) please book at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure court availability.
Groups interested in renting courts for the purpose of coaching participants 18 years old and younger must complete the Program Sanctioning Application and Coach Audit prior to their booking.

Court Rental Rates:
Weekday 9AM – 6PM: $17.50 per court per hour
Weekday 6PM – 10PM: $30.00 per court per hour
Weekend 8AM – 8PM: $25.00 per court per hour
Full Facility Rental Rates
Weekday 9AM – 6PM Full Facility Rental (12 courts): $175 per hour
Weekend 8AM – 8PM Full Facility Rental (12 courts): $225 per hour
* Note ~ VNS Sanctioned Programs receive a 15% discount on rental rates and use of multiple volleyballs per court.

How do I book a court?
To book a court, please download the Beach Park Court Rental Agreement please send the filled out agreement to our beach staff at vnsbeachpark@gmail.com

What is your rain policy?
At Volleyball Nova Scotia, we understand that weather conditions can impact outdoor play, and we strive to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. That said, to ensure fairness and consistency in how we manage bookings, the following policy applies to rescheduling requests due to inclement weather:
- Safety First: If weather conditions present a legitimate safety concern (e.g., lightning, heavy rain, extreme wind), groups may request to reschedule their booking at no additional charge. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible — ideally at least 2 hours before your scheduled time.
- Light Rain or Less-than-Ideal Conditions: Volleyball is an outdoor sport, and some level of unpredictability comes with the territory. Bookings will generally proceed in light rain or mild weather unless safety is a concern. We do not automatically reschedule or refund for less-than-perfect conditions.
- Rescheduling Requests: We will do our best to accommodate one rescheduling request per booking due to weather. Additional reschedule requests may not be guaranteed and will depend on court availability.
- No-Shows or Late Cancellations: Groups that do not notify us in advance or fail to show up without prior communication may forfeit their booking.
