The Theory part of the Level 1 Volleyball Referee Course will be at Cape Breton University (CBU), Room CC263, 1250 Grand Lake Rd., Sydney, Saturday September 21st from 12:00pm to 4:00pm

The Practical part of the course will take place at the Capers Tip Off tournaments to be held at Cape Breton University September 27^th & 28^th & October 4^th & 5th

The course includes the Referee Starter Kit (Pants, shirt, sanction cards, coin), as well as a badge, rule book, and a measuring chain. Each persom will need to purchase their own whistle.
