General Event Details
-
Registered athletes will be scheduled to attend one session (~2 hours in length).
-
Many locations have multiple dates, and multiple sessions per date. After registration closes, VNS will provide a more specific time to athletes/parent-guardians 4+ days prior to their session.
-
As much as possible, athletes will be scheduled in sessions with athletes of a similar age range and gender. If an athlete's personal schedule does not allow them to attend a session with the same age and gender, they may be invited to join a different session.
-
All athletes that participate in the Open Regional ID process will be notified by Friday, May 29th with their Regional ID outcome, and whether they will continue to a Team NS Selection Event.
-
Athlete feedback will not be available from the Regional Open ID process.
-
Regional Open ID Sessions are open and observable to parent-guardians, however, no seating will specifically be made available, and their presence should be approved by the attending athlete.
