Information regarding the Theory part of the Level 1 Volleyball Referee Course will follow. 

The course includes the Referee Starter Kit (Pants, shirt, sanction cards, coin), as well as a badge, rule book, and a measuring chain. Each persom will need to purchase their own whistle.
