We’ve also created a “What’s New” document for a quick recap of what has changed.

• There are some major changes from Volleyball Canada with respect to the 16U Age Category in regards to net height and serve receive, so please take the time to view the documents.

 
The 2018 Competitions Guide serves as the guiding regulations to all VNS competitions for the 2018 Club Season.
