Congratulations Tessa Bulmer and Kevin Dugas, the winners of the 2018 Howard Jackson Bursary!
Tessa is in her 5th year at Dalhousie University studying Industrial Engineering. Tessa's playing resume includes being named captain of Team NS 2010-2013, playing for Acadia University 2013-2016 and Dalhousie University 2016-2018. Tessa then turned to coaching where she has been involved with Team NS, Tigers Club and is currently an assistant coach with Dalhousie University.
Kevin is completing his Masters in Social Work at Dalhousie University. He started his playing career at Inverness Academy where he played from grades 7 to 12, leading his team to a silver medal in Division 3 NSSAF provincials and was awarded MVP. He also is a level 1 referee working towards his level 2.
