We're Hiring a Development Director

This position is aimed at enhancing player and coach development throughout the province.  The ideal candidate will be a passionate coach and administrator with an extensive background in volleyball, possess excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and educate players and coaches. The successful candidate will play a lead role in the ongoing advancement volleyball from grass roots to elite programs including the Provincial Team.
 
Volleyball Nova Scotia is able to offer this full time position with financial assistance from Sport Nova Scotia’s Support 4 Sport Program. The base salary for the successful candidate will be commensurate with qualifications.  In addition, a standard benefit package will be provided with the option for a shared group insurance plan including heath and dental.
