VNS IDEA Committee Update

VNS Members,
 
We asked, and you delivered. 
 
Volleyball Nova Scotia and its IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility) Committee would like to sincerely thank everyone who took the time to fill out our 2023 membership survey. We appreciate your commitment to strengthening our sport community.
 
Your experiences and feedback will help to inform the IDEA committee's future recommendations to the VNS board of directors. Currently, we are working with the data to produce a summary report which we expect to be able to share with you later this summer. 
 
We will then continue to share any progress that comes from this work with the membership as it becomes available.
