If you are new to the registration system this year or would like a refresher, the easiest way to see how the system works is to watch the short video tutorials below. They’ll show you how to set up your club portal for registering players and coaches, assigning them to teams and registering for events. 

Video 1 - Group/Team Registration

Step 1 - Login to your Club Portal by CLICKING HERE. This link can be found on our website here. Please contact Veronica Sweeney if you’ve lost or forgotten your Club Portal login, or need one created.

Step 2 - Click on Group Registration under the Membership category



Step 3 - Enter the Registration email (where receipts will go)

Step 4 - Ensure Membership Status is set as 'Need More Info'



Step 5 - If the Email template is blank, follow these steps: You will only need to input the email template once and then it will be saved for each subsequent registration going forward. For this, you can use this email, just make sure to change to code view in the template when copy/pasting it.


Step 6 - Click the plus sign to add a New Member. If the member has already been in your club, you should be able to search for them by name. However, if they do not come up you can enter further information. This will then search for the further, and will either reveal to you the correct member or prompt you to 'Add New Member'.


** Note - Please limit group registration to 15 participants at a time as the system sometime can not handle a high number of registrations per transaction **

Step 7 - Once you have added 10-15 participants on this page, you may click next to get to the payment page. Enter your credit card information and complete the purchase. Note - do not enter more than 15 participants at a time, nor take too much time on the payment page as you may timeout.

Step 8 - Repeat steps 2-7 for all registrations

Video 2 - More Information Needed (Once participants have been registered on the group registration form. They will need to fill out more information on their account in order to have an active membership)

We know this is still a relatively new system which involves some learning. Should you want some added assistance, we can set up Zoom calls with whoever is registering participants on behalf of the club to ensure the registration process is as smooth as possible.
